International Returns:
Azzaik.com is unable to refund duties, taxes, and return shipping fees paid as part of any international order (placed outside the United States).
Bundles, Gift Sets, & BYOB:
If you purchased a pre-kitted bundle or a gift set, you must return all products in the bundle or set to receive a refund. If you purchased products through our Build Your Own Bundle (BYOB) option, these products may be returned individually as long as the return is initiated within 30 days of the original delivery date. At this time, returns on BYOB orders are only accepted on orders delivered within the United States.
Final Sale Products
The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Chain Extender
- Earring Backs (2 pairs)
- Earring Back Lifters (4 pairs)
- Jewelry Care Kit
- Engraved jewelry
- Last Chance products (including Last Chance Bundles)
- Mystery Collection (Mystery Bracelet, Mystery Earrings, Mystery Necklace, Mystery Bundle)
Shopping Events
All purchases made at in-person shopping events are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How Do I make a return (within the United States)
To start your return, you will be given the option to receive a refund in store credit or to your original payment method. Please note if you purchased a pre-kitted Jewelry Bundle, you must return all pieces in the bundle to receive your refund (This does not apply to orders including Build Your Own Bundle).
We are happy to offer free returns on all domestic orders. We will provide a prepaid shipping label to return your product. You will have 21 days to send the returned product back to us. Depending on the condition of the return, you may be asked to send the product to our warehouse or our donation center. Upon receiving the return, our team will issue your refund.
Please note all refunds take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
International (outside the United States)
To start your return, You will be given the option to receive a refund back to your original payment method. Please note if you purchased a bundle, you must return all items in the bundle to receive your refund.
To return the product to us, you will have to use the provided shipping label. The cost of this label will be confirmed before your return submission is complete and will be deducted from your total refund.
Upon receiving the return, our team will issue your refund. Please note all refunds take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
