Estimated Delivery 

At Azzaik.com each item is made-to-order and takes between 1 and 6 *Business days to prepare your order. We calculate the estimated delivery dates on the item page.
Your order confirmation email will also include the estimated delivery date.

*Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. 


Shipping Canada, USA and Worldwide

We offer standard shipping on all items to all states – including Alaska and Hawaii. For faster shipping service, upgrade to one of our Express Shipping options.

Canada:
Normal shipping.  3-7 days 
Express shipping.  2-4 days

USA:
Normal shipping.  4-9 days 
Express shipping.  3-5 days

Rest of the world:
Can take  between 15 - 25 days, depending of the delivery method and country. 

Note: These delivery times do not include manufacturing time (see above). We ship using Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Please allow additional delivery time if shipping to APOs, FPOs, PO boxes or remote locations.

Custom Fees Policy:

The goods will be imported on behalf of the customer/buyer. The customer authorizes Azzaik to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the customer/buyer agrees Azzaik may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The customer will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.

Returned To Sender Policy:

If a package is returned to us, due to being unclaimed or due to failure to pay customs and duties, you will be responsible for reaching out to us via email (info@azzaik.com) stating the situation and including your order number. We will then further assist you on this. 

If your package is returned to us due to an address issue (that you have provided us), you will be responsible for reaching out to us via email (info@azzaik.com) stating the situation. Please include your order number in the subject line and a valid/alternate address. We will then further assist you on this.

Lost Package Policy:

Once the carrier scans your package, it is no longer our responsibility if the package is lost or stolen. That being said, if you have any questions or concerns with your package, do not hesitate to reach out to us via email (info@azzaik.com) stating the situation and including your order number. We will then further assist you on this. 

International Additional Fees:

Foreign transaction fees can apply to purchases made online from your home country, where the vendor is foreign and processes the transaction in its local currency. Azzaik is based in Canada.
