Azzaik Ambassador Sales Challenge — Official Rules

1. Overview

The Azzaik Ambassador Sales Challenge (“Challenge”) is a promotional sales competition organized by Azzaik Jewelry Inc. (“Azzaik”, “we”, “us”, “our”). The Challenge is designed to reward registered Azzaik Ambassadors for driving verified sales during the promotional period through their official ambassador links or discount codes.

By participating, each Ambassador agrees to comply with these Rules and with Azzaik’s general Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

  • Open exclusively to active Azzaik Ambassadors who are 16 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • Participants must have an active ambassador account or referral link through Azzaik’s official program.

  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Azzaik are not eligible for prizes.

  • Void where prohibited by law.

3. Challenge Period

  • The Challenge runs from October 20, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. ET to November 20, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Challenge Period”).

  • Only sales confirmed within this time frame will be counted toward the leaderboard.

4. How to Participate

  1. Share your unique ambassador link or code via social media, email, or personal referral.

  2. Encourage followers to shop using your link or code during the Challenge Period.

  3. Sales will be tracked automatically and reflected in the Live Dashboard (updated daily).

  4. Ambassadors may monitor progress, rankings, and earnings directly through the Dashboard.

5. Prizes

🏆 Leaderboard Prizes:

  • 1st Place: $100 Amazon Gift Card

  • 2nd Place: $50 Amazon Gift Card

  • 3rd Place: $25 Amazon Gift Card

✨ Bonus Reward:

  • For every $100 in verified sales, ambassadors will receive one (1) free Azzaik piece of their choice (up to a maximum value determined by Azzaik).

Free piece rewards may ship separately from other prizes and may be subject to availability.

6. Sales Verification

  • Only completed and paid orders count toward total sales.

  • Cancelled, refunded, or returned orders will be deducted from the total.

  • Azzaik reserves the right to verify and validate all reported sales before finalizing leaderboard results.

7. Prize Distribution

  • Winners will be announced within five (5) business days after the Challenge ends.

  • Prizes will be distributed electronically via email or Amazon e-gift card.

  • Free Azzaik pieces will be processed and shipped separately within 30 days after winner verification.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Dashboard and Rankings

  • Rankings displayed on the Live Dashboard are preliminary and may change based on order verification.

  • The final ranking will be determined by confirmed net sales after the Challenge Period ends.

  • In the event of a tie, the Ambassador who achieved the total sales amount first will be awarded the higher rank.

9. Content and Conduct

  • Ambassadors must comply with FTC disclosure guidelines when promoting their code or link (e.g., “#ad”, “#azzaikambassador”).

  • All content promoting Azzaik must reflect the brand respectfully and must not include hate speech, discrimination, or misleading claims.

  • Any attempt to manipulate results, use fraudulent sales, or violate these rules may result in disqualification.

10. Taxes

All prizes are subject to applicable local, federal, or international tax laws. Recipients are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes associated with their prizes.

11. Rights & Disclaimers

  • Azzaik reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Challenge at any time if circumstances beyond its control affect the fairness or integrity of the competition.

  • Participation constitutes permission for Azzaik to use participants’ names, content, and likeness for promotional purposes, without further compensation (except where prohibited by law).

  • Azzaik assumes no responsibility for technical errors, lost data, or system malfunctions.

12. Governing Law

This Challenge and these Rules are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada and the State of Florida, USA, depending on the participant’s region. Any disputes will be resolved under applicable local laws.
