At Azzaik.com each item is made-to-order and takes between 1 and 6 *Business days to prepare your order. We calculate the estimated delivery dates on the item page.
Your order confirmation email will also include the estimated delivery date.

Azzaik use Canada Post, to ship your order through standard mail (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method). This can take anywhere between 2-10 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends).
USA ORDERS
Azzaik use Canada Post, USA Post and sometimes DHL, UPS to ship your order through Tracked Packet USA Air (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method). This can take anywhere between 5-15 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends).
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Azzaik uses Canada Post, USA Post and sometimes DHL, UPSt to ship your order through Small Packet International Air (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method). This can take anywhere between 10-21 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends) depending on your location.
VAT CHARGES
United Kingdom: 20% VAT Pais at Checkout. Orders over £135 may attract additional import duty.

Our warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear, including scratches, tarnishing, or fading of metals and gemstones, damage caused by improper care, such as exposure to chemicals, water, or excessive force, or any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Azzaik.
